Ten days, no questions asked. Email support@examgauge.com and we refund in full. After ten days we will still consider it — write to us.
An account is for one person. Buying a bank gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may not share your account, resell access, or redistribute, publish or republish our items in any form, including as training data for a model.
You can have your account deleted at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that shares credentials, redistributes our items, or charges back a payment rather than requesting a refund. If we close your account for a reason other than those, we refund what you paid.
ExamGauge is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, and passing our drills is not a guarantee of passing any certification exam. Our readiness estimate is an estimate: a prediction from your practice record, stated with a confidence range precisely because it is uncertain.
Every practice item is original, written against the published exam objectives. None is recalled from or reproduced out of a live exam. We do not want, and will not accept, material taken from a real exam.
ExamGauge is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular item or explanation is correct. Tell us when something is wrong and we will fix it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of ExamGauge is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a failed exam, a lost opportunity, or an exam fee. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes with it and we will say so by email before the change applies to you. Continuing to use ExamGauge after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of New Jersey have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove any protection your own law gives you.
